FAQ

Questions families actually ask.

Short answers. No invented market statistics. No live signup theatre.

What is LINK?

LINK is a loyalty-point aggregation and family/group pooling service. It helps a household see points across everyday programs and move them toward a shared goal.

Who can create a family pool?

Any household member can start one. Often a Gen Z activator sets it up, while Gen Y/X members contribute value and approve transfers.

Does everyone need to use the app every day?

No. Everyday earning can continue in the programs people already use. LINK is there when the family wants visibility, decisions, or a contribution.

Can one person move another person’s points without approval?

No. Transfers require explicit confirmation from the member whose points are moving.

Which programs are included in the Year-1 pilot?

The illustrative pilot focuses on BTS, Lotus’s, AIS, iBerry and IHG.

What is the family’s Year-1 goal?

The hero goal is to turn the shared pool into an IHG family getaway. Public copy focuses on that destination rather than claiming exclusivity rules that the source materials leave unsettled.

What happens to points that are close to expiry?

LINK surfaces them so the owner can decide whether to contribute toward the shared goal before they lapse. LINK helps reduce waste; it does not promise that zero points will ever expire.

Is LINK a bank or e-wallet?

No. It is a loyalty visibility and pooling service, not a bank and not e-money.

Is this a live commercial service?

No. This website represents an academic/fictional pilot concept unless the project is later updated to a live launch.

Is LINK free for consumers?

In the pilot business model, LINK is free to the consumer. Transaction economics sit with partner-side transfers.
